Service description

FlakeGuard is a self-serve tool that helps engineering teams identify and triage flaky tests in their CI pipelines. You upload test artifacts such as JUnit XML, Playwright reports, or raw CI failure logs, and we parse them, group repeated failure patterns, and surface a ranked list of unstable tests along with a likely root-cause category and an actionable recommendation for each one.

FlakeGuard is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every flagged test is correctly classified. You are responsible for reviewing results before acting on them.

Account responsibilities

When you create an account you agree to:

• Provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure.
• Only upload content that you own, have a license to use, or are otherwise authorized to share with FlakeGuard for processing.
• Not attempt to disrupt the service, probe it for vulnerabilities, or reverse engineer it.
• Not use the service to violate any applicable law or the rights of any third party.

Payment terms

Paid plans are billed as recurring subscriptions through Stripe. By starting a paid plan you authorize us to charge the payment method on file at the then-current rate until you cancel.

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you retain access to paid features until then.

Refunds are not provided. Charges for the current billing period are non-refundable, except where required by law.

Data handling

Uploaded artifacts are processed by FlakeGuard solely to generate your analysis results. We retain analysis results according to the schedule described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Intellectual property

FlakeGuard and the service itself — including the software, branding, design, and documentation — are owned by the operator and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service in accordance with these Terms.

You retain all rights in the content you upload. By uploading content you grant FlakeGuard a limited license to host, process, and analyze that content for the sole purpose of providing the service to you.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FlakeGuard and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the operator is incorporated.
